Aufgaben

As a System Validation Consultant at ZEISS, you will have a pivotal role in shaping the basis and data fundamentals of Data Analytics, contributing significantly to the success of the digital transformation. In this challenging position, you will be responsible and main point of contact within the SAP Operational Data Foundation team, to support the enablement of strategic data management pillars like Self-Service Analytics and Data Compliance solutions.

• Define validation processes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinate validation activities with relevant stakeholders

• Serve as the main point of contact and be responsible for validation activities within the SAP BI team including documenting all validation steps

• Facilitate the enablement of Local Reporting solutions by capturing requests from respective business areas

• Validate that the requests are approved by the data owners, template owners, and data privacy coordinator before initiating the implementation

• Coordinate with different partner systems owners to enable data connection requirements and ensure adherence to the SOP process

• Ensure that the required trainings (SAP Analytics Cloud, GxP) are covered

• Oversee the implementation of the requested changes and work towards automating the local Reporting workflow

• Define the process for a centralized and effective Data Catalog Solution to enable a comprehensive search of data with meaningful business context

• Coordinate the integration of GDPR solutions (EPI-USE and Natuvion) across all BI platforms

Profil

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• Knowledge and experience in topics of Business User Enablement, Validation and GDPR

• Project Management skills

• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data privacy and compliance

• Familiarity with SAP systems and their integration capabilities

• Knowledge of data oriented processes like data cataloging in terms of SAP systems

• Experience with projects involving technical implementation of SAP systems

• Excellent coordination and communication skills in English to work with a variety of stakeholders and teams
